He possesses in-depth knowledge of RBI and FEMA regulations, complemented by certifications such as CPA (AICPA, US), DIIT, and Financial Crime Compliance.

Vikesh has a versatile background, actively contributing to assignments in Indirect Tax (GST) Audit, Business Development, Management Consultancy, Company Valuations, International Taxation, NRI Taxation Advisory, Special Audits, Organization Structuring, and Crossborder transactions.

He serves as the Partner Leader at out Bangalore Office.

Bhavin holds esteemed diplomas including CPA (AICPA, US), CS, Registered Valuer (IBBI), FAFP (ICAI), DISA (ICAI), and is a Qualified and Registered Independent Director in the Databank of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).

With a wealth of 16 years of experience, Bhavin specializes in Direct Taxation, complemented by a growing expertise in Indirect Taxation (GST).

Notably, Bhavin has recently assumed a pivotal role, spearheading valuation and Insolvency professional consultancy services for our clients.

In his role as Partner Leader, Bhavin provides dynamic leadership at our Surat Office, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment for our team

Vaibhav, a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience, excels in financial reporting with expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, USGAAP, and Singapore GAAPs. He also adeptly manages company law matters and ensures compliance for foreign subsidiaries and Joint Ventures.

Vaibhav boasts a versatile background across industries such as Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Telecom, IT & ITES, Healthcare, Education, Automobile, and Media & Entertainment.

His accounting and transaction advisory skills have been showcased globally, covering the US, UK, Germany, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.

Amit, with 17 years of experience, is the National Head of Risk Assessment and Consulting Services at ABV & Company. Leading Operational Risk Consulting, he excels in performance improvement, cost reduction, process automation, reengineering, Internal Audit, System, and Management audits. 

His expertise extends to implementing and testing IFCs. Amit has diverse industry experience, including Advertisement, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, IT & ITES, Automobiles, and Large Manufacturing.

Amit's global risk advisory experience spans the US, UK, Germany, and Singapore.
